I've worked out like a beast for 6 days in a row. Cycle. Zumba. Running. Muscle class. Abs class. lots of walking. I'm not sure what's gotten into me this week!
What I do know is that I'm going to take it easy tomorrow!
It's like I've had this obsessive need to find more time in my days to be active. Extra 10 minutes before lessons - Let's walk! Random early afternoon off? Muscle class! Cycle class ends at 6:45 - conveniently the same time Absolute Abs happens? Let's go!
I need to remember that rest is also important. I'm just DETERMINED to bust through this weight loss plateau. I met with a nutritionist and she suggested that I eat WAY more veggies, eat 1500 calories every day (whether I work out or not) and ramp up the exercise. It's working so far - I was down about a pound today (but of course, that can be water, too).
Eating of whole foods is also going well - we rarely eat anything out of a bag or box any more! Feels great!
