A moment to whine into the internet abyss...

I'm sick.

This is significant because I rarely get sick. (Hooray benefit of working out and eating well)

And because this is my blog, and I can whine if I want to.

Whine whine whine.

Ok. There.  I'm done. 

Anywhoo, what's a health nut to do when sick?  Well, first off, I've given myself some pretty serious diet allowances.  I don't usually go for the "comfort food" thing, but that's for emotional needs, not physical illness.  When I'm sick, I really think it's OK to do what you need to to feel better - even if that means  *ahem * a giant plate of thai food for dinner and a bagel for breakfast.  and some m&ms.

And new Esse nail polish. 





  So.  I'm doing what I can to get better.  I tried to run it out of my system on Saturday (which, by the by, was a GREAT 7 mile run.  Even though it was by myself, it was at around a lovely lake in Wilmington.  It was awesome.) but unfortunately, it did not fend off this cold/cough. 

I'm going to bed now.  Thanks for letting me whine!
